Here are the results of the 2010 Election:

Board Meetings

As a way to keep our meeting times down and triage requests, the board has decided that non-agenda items need to be submitted to the board clerk or chairman 48 hours prior to the meeting. Anyone may request to speak on an agenda item on the sign-up sheet at the meeting. Please contact eBates@northstarcharter.org if you have a non-agenda item you would like the board to address.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF NORTH STAR CHARTER SCHOOL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Governing Board of North Star Charter School will be held on Wednesday, the 25th of August at 5:00 p.m., at North Star Charter School, 839 N. Linder Rd., Eagle, Idaho (see attached agenda). This Special Meeting of the Governing Board is called pursuant to Section 67-2343 (2), Idaho Code. The board will go into Executive Session which is closed to the public to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein respective qualities are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need as authorized by Section 67-2345 (1) (a), Idaho Code; to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student as authorized by Section 67-2345 (1) (b), Idaho Code, and to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated as authorized by Section 67-2345 (1) (f), Idaho Code
