IMPORTANT CROSS COUNTRY SUMMER Information

Secondary North Star Families,

 

I hope everyone has had a great start to their summer and enjoyed the holiday weekend. Next week Coach Dillon will start Running Club for all 6th-12th students interested in Cross Country. Please see below for specific dates and times that are pertinent for the upcoming season.

 

Running Club:  July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, 27th & August 8th 
7:00 – 8:30 pm
 Reid Merrill Community Park, 637 E. Shore Drive, Eagle ID
     We will meet by the water park and run the Greenbelt. Please wear supportive athletic shoes and plenty of drinking water.

Mandatory Informational Meeting: August 10th  at 7 p.m. in the North Star Cafe
 

 

FORMS AND PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED AND TURNED INTO BY AUGUST 10th IN ORDER TO ATTEND PRACTICE ON AUGUST 11th. 
 
All necessary paperwork can be found on the North Star Website under Athletics. Remember all 9th and 11th graders (and any new student to North Star in grades 10 & 12)  need a physical prior to being eligible to practice. There has been a change in fees for the upcoming school year in order to cover the cost of purchasing new uniforms/ equipment/etc. It will be $175 for high school and $150 for Middle School. If you have any questions please let me know.
