For 22 years, North Star Charter School has fostered academic excellence through rigorous education, leadership, and community support. Through this campaign, these improvements will strengthen learning environments, expand student opportunities, and ensure our campus continues to serve as a source of pride for the North Star community.
2025–2026 Campaign Priorities

Elementary & Middle School Bathrooms (K–8)
The current restroom layout in our K–8 building isn’t ideal for the number of students or for how the campus functions today. Adding additional bathrooms—with convenient outdoor access—will improve flow, reduce congestion, and better support students during recess and daily transitions.
Outdoor Pavilion & Awnings
(K–8)
New covered pavilion and awning structures will create multiuse outdoor spaces for classrooms, lunch, special events, and student gatherings. These shaded areas will provide flexible, weather-protected environments that extend learning and community life beyond the walls of the school.
High School Science Lab & Classroom
Our high school continues its transformation from a former K–8 facility into a state-of-the-art high school. A modern, flexible science lab will provide the technology and design needed for college-level STEM instruction—empowering students to explore, experiment, and excel.
High School Office Space
As our high school programs and staff grow, so does the need for space that supports collaboration and student success.
A new office suite will enhance communication, streamline operations, and strengthen student support services in a secure and professional environment.
High School Locker Rooms
Athletics build teamwork, discipline, and school pride. Locker rooms will complete the high school’s evolution into a full secondary campus—providing appropriate facilities for student-athletes and allowing North Star to host competitions with excellence and spirit.

Mid-level placement in bold font. Recognized as essential supporters whose gifts strengthen the foundation of our school community.

Recognized as campaign leaders who model the spirit of giving and commitment to North Star’s success. Listed in school communications and on the campaign donor wall.
$1,000 – $4,999 | Navigators’ Circle
Recognition in the Navigators’ Circle section of the display. Celebrating donors whose generosity helps steer North Star’s journey—supporting the programs, people, and purpose that keep our community moving forward.
$500 – $999 | Friends of North Star
Names grouped in a shared section to honor families and friends who joined together in support of the campaign.
$250 – $499 | Community Supporters
Recognized collectively at the base of the display, symbolizing the many hands that helped chart the course for North Star’s future.
