Middle School

Shine today. Shine tomorrow.

North Star Charter staff started a strategic effort three years ago to develop student-teacher relationships.

  • Introduction to school sports and clubs: cross country, volleyball, basketball, track, ski team, Anime Club, Junior National Honor Society

Class Schedule

North Star’s educational philosophy incorporates high expectations for achievement for both academics and behaviors in the elementary grades K – 5. It emphasizes the use of technology and includes an economics thread that is interwoven at all grade levels.

In line with our charter, our Secondary School (grades 6 – 8) offers an emphasis on courses in business and economics.

6-8 Faculty

North Star supports student achievement and success through a strong partnership between our families and the School.

Your job, as parent, is essential in your child’s learning success. North Star believes that a child’s academic success is infinitely strengthened by a solid academic and community foundation. Parents work together with the teachers and administrators to create a positive learning environment both academically and socially.
